We recently staged this home for Brad Elsner in Kirkwood. This gorgeous and spacious home was photographed with furniture, but then the sellers moved and the home was showing as vacant. Obviously having staging in the important spaces is better than leaving the area blank! One thing our clients love is the ability to save money by only staging a select few areas!
